How to make a purchase
All orders are made either individually our via the site shopping cart program. All the information requested must be filled in by the user and we can not be held responsible for customers mistakes in the information provided.

Prices
All our sales prices are correct on the website, postage is charged as per the web site.

Delivery
The Memorials/Photo plaques products shown on our site are individually made to order and we aim to dispatch finished product within 14 working days.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within the specified delivery time, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date.

The delivery cost of the product  will be clearly shown in the description. All non UK orders will be charged accordingly.  Our items are delivered by courier and will be delivered to the given address only. A signature is required on receipt of delivery.

If free Delivery is adverstised on the website this applies to UK mainland only and excludes the highlands, outlying islands and overseas. For these areas postage charges will be calculated accordingly.

Use of Images
As the manufacturer of your order we reserve the right to use images of products made in our factory in our brochures, website and other forms of advertising without permission from the customer.

Refunds
Personalised products cannot be refunded, as they are made bespoke for you, unless they are made incorrectly or recieved damaged. If your order arrives with defects or is damaged in transit we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. If you need to return goods please contact us within three working days of receipt of your order with details of the complaint. Return postage costs are made at your expense.

Guarantee
All our products come with a full 1 year guarantee against product defects.

Confidentiality
The information you provide us with will not be made available to any other third party.

Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to the laws of Scotland.

Consumer Rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our T&C’s.

Promotional Offers
Promotional codes cannot be used retrospectively.

Please refer to your Promotional offer for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions.

Promotional offers can have a cash value of GBP 0.001 and is not transferable or assignable.

Forever Memorials  strives to give you the best possible service to help you remember your loved ones. All Forever Memorials products are manufactured to your special requirements. Every possible care is exercised to ensure that all products are manufactured to our high standards within planned manufacturing times. Unexpected manufacturing delays can occur for various reasons. Should such a delay occur, which will adversely affect forecast product delivery, it is our policy to notify you, within 48 hours of the delay becoming evident, of any product supply delay together with a rescheduled delivery date.

 

We offer a full money back guarantee during the design process up to your proof authorisation. we will refund your monies in full with no design or proof charges.

We ask customers to please use care when choosing their product and specifying the required personalisation. Refunds cannot be provided if customers simply change their minds after proof copy authorisation.

 

Secure and safe payments
All payments are processed by Stripe, you do not need to be a registered Stripe customer to use this service.

We are confident in our customers use in Stripe which are one of the largest payment sites in the world.

Products
Some of our products are natural granite, natural granite can have slight variations in colour and texture, this is perfectly normal with granite.
